We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to validate all prices before we process your order.
We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately. However, we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website. We will attempt to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them.
Illustrations and descriptions of products are provided as a guide only. Actual products may vary. All product measurements are approximate. Product colours may vary. Descriptions such as "gold", "silver", "diamond" refer to the colour and not the precious metals or gemstones.
You can buy products from us online or over the telephone. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an additional confirmation email after the goods have been dispatched.
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
We normally deliver in around two days though we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom and Northern Irland from the site. If your outside this area you can call and order over the telephone.
Digital products that do not require delivery will be sent to the registered email within 24 hours of purchase.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta or Paypal. All transactions are processed using a secure server.
All prices are displayed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Vat reg no: 926 6971 80
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason you may return the product to us at you own expense within 21 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its origonal condition. If this is done a full refund not including delivery will be made. Once recieved or downloaded digital products will not be refunded.
Before returning an item please call or email us on returns@cassierafferty.com or 0208 8597088 so a returns number can be issued.
