Delivery
We aim deliver our products to our
customers fast and at the cheapest possible cost. To do this we send
most things by Royal Mail 1st class. Cost is based on weight, rather
than a fixed fee and starting from as little as £1. Any order over £30
will be sent recorded sign for.
All products are sent with 48 hours but we normally have things sent
well within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming when the
items have been sent.
FAQ
I have ordered a digital pattern but I have not received it in my email.
Digital products will be emailed within 24 hours to the email address you provided during registration. Please also check your spam. If you have still not received it please call or email us.
How do I view my digital pattern?
Patterns will be sent on an Adobe PDF. You will need the Adobe Reader which can be downloaded free here
I purchased Forum Support but cant get access.
You have to register on the forums first. Then send your user name you registered with and your order number to info@cassierafferty.com. We will then upgrade your membership.
