This is a list of all the tools and equipment I use and recommend for Cloth Doll making. These tools can all be found in our store Here
Stuffing Forks
These are used for stuffing your dolls and were designed by Barbra Willis. They come in two sizes, Regular and small. They are the best doll stuffing tools around and are great for getting stuffing into those hard to reach places.

Finger Turning tools
Finger turning tools will save you lots of time and stress when it comes to turning your dolls fingers and are a great investment if you make cloth dolls regularly. They come as a set of four brass tubes with a couple of smaller rods that fit threw the tube.

Another interesting tool by Julie McCullough is a finger turning and stuffing tool in one. I have used this tool before and would recommend it to people new to cloth doll making as it is multi use and costs less than buying a stuffing fork and turning tubes separately.

Forceps
For me these are another invaluable tool of the trade. They give you excellent control over the fabric when your pulling through fingers.

Doll needles
These needles are longer and stronger than standard needles and will be needed to create your dolls. There are different makes but I have found the hemline needles to be the best.
Fray Stoppa
Fray stoppa does what it says on the tip and stops fabric fraying at the edges. I use this on my fingers before tuning so they don’t split or get damaged.
